Please note: I have limited availability for new clients. Please fill out the form below, and I will reach out to discuss if there is a recurring appointment time that meets both our scheduling needs. If a time is not currently available, I’m happy to discuss referrals and/or place you on my waitlist.

here’s the process:

  1. Complete the initial contact form below.

  2. If using an insurance I am in-network for, I will verify your benefits. This ensures we can be on the same page about what your financial responsibility is for mental health services before proceeding. Please have a digital copy or image of your card (front and back) available to submit below.

  3. We coordinate to see if there is a recurring time for weekly sessions. If so, we proceed with scheduling an initial intake session. If not, you have the option for joining my waitlist.

  4. When an intake appointment is scheduled, an account will be created for you in a secure client portal. You’ll receive a notification to the email address provided.

  5. Complete all assigned consent and intake forms. Add a credit or debit card (FSA/HSA also accepted) for payment.

The client portal is where you can cancel and reschedule appointments, join telehealth sessions, and communicate between sessions as needed.

If you’d like to inquire about your position on the waitlist, be removed from the waitlist, or for any other questions, please call the number listed above.
